Digital product

A surprise page is a digital product delivered instantly as a link the moment your payment succeeds. Because it is delivered immediately, payments are generally non-refundable.

When we DO refund

• If a technical fault on our side meant your link/page was not delivered or does not work, and we cannot fix it.
• If you were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment).

How to request

Email nilasurprisehelp@gmail.com within 7 days with your payment ID. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.
